Joymax bug = konec Racice_CZ

Od inspekce 4.12.2007 se nemůžu dostat na mou char Racice_CZ lvl 80. 

Nesouhlasí ani heslo ani e-mail. Podobný problém má více lidí, ale Joymax nevypadá, že by hodlal nějak pomoci. Prostě hesla a e-maily nevrací. Takže jsem přišla o char lvl 80, na který jsem dělala rok a půl, lvlovala jsem všechno ručně. K čemu mi to nakonec bylo.

Nejdřív Joymax udělá stránky, na kterých lze hacknout všechny, co nemají verifikovaný e-mail. Pak se to snaží zachránit a udělá další bug – lze hacknout všechny, co mají verifikovaný e-mail. Jejich „ochrana“ pro naše účty se postavila proti nám. Díky zveřejnění tohoto bugu na rev6.com a tomu, že Joymax absolutně nereagoval, uměl hackovat úplně každý, kdo si tento článek přečetl. Kolik lidí bylo hacknuto nelze spočítat…Mezi nima moji kamarádi samsoom812, testoslav, Explainerr… A nakonec jejich slavná inspekce 4.12., kdy hackování skončilo díky tomu, že ke změně hesla je o té doby zapotřebí také kontrolní otázka (předtím stačilo pouze ID) a kdy víceméně smazali účet na silkroadonline.net a ve hře, a místo toho platí účet na joymax.com. Vzhledem k tomu, že účet na joymax.com mi buď někdo hacknul někdy před 4.12. nebo se tam vyskytovala ještě jiná chyba a tento účet mi nefungoval a nemohla jsem si změnit heslo ani mejl (a přitom do hry a na silkroadonline.net jsem se logla v pohodě), tak po tomto datu se nemohu dostat do hry.

Nikdo moji char neviděl od 4.12. online, takže se zřejmě nejedná o hack, ale bug, a vina je na straně Joymaxu…ale těm je to jedno.

Co se týče guildu, tak 45 dní nemůžu nic dělat ohledně unie, nemohu přidělovat práva ani dávat jména. Máme členy, kteří mají právo brát nové členy i vyhazovat, takže v tomto ohledu fungujeme normálně. Za 45 dní se tedy pokusíme využít funkce Vote for a leader, kde je potřeba 60% členů, kteří budou hlasovat pro jednu osobu, která se pak stane masterem. Jako mastera zvolíme moji novou char _RaciceCZ_.

Tímto bych chtěla požádat všechny členy guildu a kamarády o pomoc s lvlováním…botovat nechci a ručně lvlovat by vyšlo na další rok a půl a to už není možné. Díky

Kdyby někdo náhodou narazil na někoho, kdo mě hacknul a zná můj e-mail nebo heslo, tak napište třeba komentář (musím ho schválit před zveřejněním, takže informace se nedostanou ven).

Ještě přiložím články, které jsem psala na fórum, jsou v AJ, kdo by nerozuměl, přeložím.
První příspěvek je vlastně docela dobrý popis problému od char Zengar na Tibetu, na který jsem reagovala.

this is my own investigation over this problem.....

• accounts that didnt have email configured on joymax.com site before 12/04/07 inspection but only silkroadonline.net, passwords were changed, and sometimes changed to nothing, so your account may be totally lost unless they offer a helping hand or take this matter serious
  
• accounts that were hacked into with exploit on joymax.com site and password was changed by hacker but didn't know secret answer to change [in-game,silkroadonline.net] password was changed to the hacker's password now. if you configured an email on joymax site before the 12/04/07 inspection then you could probably get account back, but if you did not configure an email, your account is lost unless joymax fixes problem.
  
• if you go ingame, try password 3 times and get it wrong 3 times, try a 4th time [might require you to reload silkroad] you'll find out you don't get a 10 minute ban, it is obvious there is a bug and that there is no password to the account, but you know for sure you REGISTERED the account and made sure by trying to create one, this here is fault by joymax, and they need to fix it.

I have same problem. Cant login coz my pw is changed after 12/04/07 inspection and it says that I entered wrong email also. When I try to log in game, I dont get a 10 minute ban for 3 times wrong pw. My joymax.com pw and email was changed somehow 3 weeks ago (by hacker or by some bug), I cant change my pw from that time. But at the same time I could log in game and play (my silkroadonline.net pw was working). But from 12/04/07 I cant login even on silkroadonline.net + game. I know my id and secret answer and all other info, but it doesnt seem to help anyhow. I tried to change my pw with every email I have, but none of them matched. My char was not seen online since 12/04/07, I am guild master, so if some hacker would log in with my char, I suppose he would disband the guild or ban all members, so it seems that I was not hacked and that its a bug. I didnt do email verification on this acc (coz it was not working with the kind of email provider I entered and I discovered few days ago, that its working with another kind of email provider – with my other acc:-( )
I am writing from my other acc, coz I cant log in with my main one.
Zengar pls write me an email and we can probably join more users who has same problem and try to discover the exact kind of bug, report it to joymax and get the help, I hope.

Suggestions for Joymax how to solve the problem:

1. Get to know, which users have this problem, and help them 1 by 1. Recover pws and/or emails, which they had at silkroadonline.net account before inspection 12/04/07 and set it as pw and email at joymax.com account. But this may take long time :-(
   
2. Create any email address. Set it as email of all users who dont have their emails verified (users with verified email dont have this problem). Announce it in notice. So all these users can change their pw and then the email too (with use of secret answer). Only people, who created their accounts, know their secret answer, so that would give their accounts back to them. Fast solution, it can be used for all these users at one time.
